I coordinate the programmes, events, and teams that keep mission-driven organisations running.
Over a decade turning ideas into delivered work — EU youth programmes, festivals, funding, and the operations underneath them. I grew from volunteer to board member of a non-profit arts hub in Greece, ran the full lifecycle of Erasmus+ projects, and now bring that to organisations in the Netherlands. I'm the one who makes sure the room works.

Winning a national innovation grant
SIDN fonds Pionier grant · MeshSat
Turned an ongoing open-source project into a fundable six-month programme with nine deliverables — application, budget, video pitch and all. Awarded, and running to April 2027.
